Mr. Owens is currently pursuing his Masters degree in Physician assistant studies. Prior to that he worked EMT in Butte county and spent 5 seasons on a Bureau of Land Management Hot Shot crew. During time in the fire service he used smokeless tobacco and cigarettes.

Chief Ohler is Fire Chief of the Tuolumne Fire District. He has 20+ years of experience with the Tuolumne Fire District, beginning as Cadet Firefighter in 2002, the advancing to Firefighter, Fire Apparatus Engineer, and Captain. As Fire Chief, Mr. Ohler directly oversees the day-to-day operations of the department and is a former user of tobacco products
